When it comes, you wouldn't be aware about it...
When its there, you couldn't feel it...

If you want to stay away from sickness,
Be responsible...
Eat alkaline fruits,
Maintain 80% alkaline: 20% acid food habits,
Drink food supplements,
Cut down sweets,
Cut down salty foods,
Eliminate sodas and liquor,
Eliminate fattyfoods,
Avoid high in cholesterol and fats,
Avoid cold drinks,
Exercise atleast 3 times a week
One hour brisk walking daily...
Stay happy,
Have atleast 20 belly laughs a day you'll be alkaline,
Watch funny movies,
Avoid scary and depressing movies,
Let sunlight hit you 3-5 minutes in earlymorning(7am)
Drink 2liters of water everyday: 1Liter morning and 1Liter afternoon to evening,
Rest is different from sleep so try it,
Live right,
Think right,
Eat right(green leafy vegetables),
Sleep right(8hours),
Listen to relaxing music,
Most of all,
Always give thanks(small or big blessing) and pray,
Day and Night...
